Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Data Use Notice – Cambrionix Webinar ThunderSync5-C16 PD Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter/sponsor of this competition is Cambrionix Ltd (“Cambrionix”), headquartered in Cambrionix Ltd, The Maurice Wilkes Building, Cowley Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, CB4 ODS.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, Europe & United States who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Cambrionix, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Limit one (1) entry per person.
  • The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • To enter, participants must register for and attend the Cambrionix webinar titled “Exploring the Future of Intelligent USB Device Management” on the provided dates.
  • All participants who both register and attend the webinar in full will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4. Prize

  • One (1) prize will be awarded: a ThunderSync5-C16 PD USB hub.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,499 USD / £1,999 GBP.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • Cambrionix reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries who attend the webinar.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The draw will take place within 30 days of the webinar.

6. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at registration.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Cambrionix reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
  • The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity, except where prohibited by law.

7. Publicity Release

  • Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Cambrionix to use their name, likeness, company name, for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration and in post-event publicity relating to the competition (e.g., on the Cambrionix website and social media), unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during registration will be used to:

    - Manage participation in the webinar (including sending event reminders and access details).

    - Administer the prize draw competition and notify the winner.

    - Share relevant resources and information about Cambrionix products/services (opt-out available at any time).


  • Data will be handled in accordance with Cambrionix’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cambrionix will not sell or share participant data with third parties except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants agree that Cambrionix, its affiliates, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Cambrionix shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. General

  • Cambrionix reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
